H. M. Middleton Sr.

WARSAW -- Henry Moore Middleton, Sr., 80, died Monday of a heart attack after being in declining health for several years.  He was a retired farmer and nurseryman.

Mr. Middleton was the son of the late George Washington Middleton and Mary Moore Middleton.  He was a deacon-emeritus of Johnson Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Rosa Coleman of Wilmington; two sons, Henry M. Jr. and George Middleton of Raleigh; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Piner of Wilmington and Mrs. Joe Bell of Durham; one step daughter, Mrs. Malcolm Frink of Southport; three step-sons, Dan Coleman of Wilmington, A. B. Coleman of Washington, D.C. and Donald Coleman of Orlando, Fla; one brother, Owen Middleton of Chicago, Ill., and several grandchildren

Funeral services are incomplete.
